Weekly Self-Study
Each week, you’ll log into your Altitude Training portal to engage with 30–40 minutes of video content, practical tools, and exercises. You’ll apply what you’re learning to your real-life leadership scenarios, and start seeing immediate impact in your relationships, teams, and influence.
Bi-Weekly Group Coaching Calls
Every other week, join your group for a 60-minute video coaching session. You’ll process what you’re learning, overlay it on your own leadership context, and benefit from the collective wisdom of other leaders committed to growth—no matter where they live.
Ongoing Personal Coaching Support
In addition to group time, you’ll have access to your coach for direct support, accountability, and encouragement—along with periodic 1-on-1 check-ins to navigate specific challenges.
